fantastic central stay!
free drinks convenient area personal note
i totally enjoyed the complimentary drinks! the communal area was super convenient. my room had a handwritten note . the staff also helped store my luggage without any fuss!

lovely staff good location street noise some dust
The breakfast room, it was really nice. staff were lovely and so helpful. I found that very charmed. the location is pretty good, its close to main sites, i thought.
the cleanliness, it leave something to be desired with dust. the street were noisy, people was screaming. i don't appreciate the noise.

i was happy to find a handwritten note cute me to the room. the staff were also friendly and offered assistance when needed. the complimentary beer was a nice touch after a long day of travel.

good location hot drinks hot water lack of apology
The hotel is in a good location, near the main attractions. I found the complimentary hot drinks in the first-floor living room acceptable.
There was no hot water. I came to the hotel after a day of walking and realized I could not take a hot bath, very frustrating. They moved us the next day. They did not apologize or offer any compensation. The behavior is not worth it

Central Location and Friendly Staff
friendly staff short distance comfortable bed great shower
The staff was genuinely friendly. I found the location short distance to Vieux Port very convenient. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great and all clean. I also received a complimentary marseille soap.
One of the receptionists seemed quite rude. She handled the check-in process with an attitude. It seemed we were stopping her from leaving work.

the location was convenient to reach main spots. the staff members were friendly and helpful .
the room had a small bathroom lacking space. i noticed some street noise even with windows closed late at night.
